Vacancy Description:
Our client has a large consulting operation in China and works with MNCs, local firms and SOEs. Client engagements range from acquisition due diligence to operations diagnostic to corporate or business-unit strategy, along with post-merger integration, implementation support, and continuous improvement. Project delivery as well new business development skills are essential.
Duties include:
" Preparing project workplans and assign roles and duties to team members
" Helping team members to structure and perform analysis
" Charting the overall progress of the project
" Staff management - encouraging, motivating, training and developing junior consulting staff
" Providing timely and constructive feedback to team members
" Ensuring that the work gets done on time and within budget
" Communicating ideas and analysis effectively to clients
" Facilitating the change process
" Building relationships with clients and establish credibility as a source of practical business judgment
" Identifying and articulate ways in which the firm can be of further assistance.
