London-based IT recruitment firm, Clement May are proud to announce the strengthening of their recruitment partnership with long-standing client, British American Tobacco plc through the establishment of an outsourced contract recruitment model.
British American Tobacco plc took the decision to introduce a full-time on-site Client Service Director (provided by Clement May) in order to refresh and improve existing hiring process, to reduce overheads and to implement new governance strategies specifically concerning contractor workforce spend. Clement May were selected as vendor due to their extensive and proven knowledge of the IT sector, their understanding of the client’s specific processes and their successful recruitment and payroll service history.
