Staffing 360 Solutions is taking a 3 phased approach to the (re) opening of all of our offices.  We have proven our ability to enable a remote workforce quickly, successfully and productively.  We are confident that we can continue to meet the current needs of our clients regardless of the nature of remote or in office work.  The safety of our employees and contractors is paramount and guides us in our decision making during these unprecedented times.

We have adopted guidance recommended by the CDC, WHO, NHS, federal and local governments to safely (re) open our doors.  In Phase I, anyone who would like to work out of the office is welcome to do so, provided they meet the health criteria; they adhere to required safety protocols; their presence does not exceed the recommended capacity and allows for appropriate social distancing.  All our offices have undergone a deep cleaning and each office has received a detailed (re) opening plan with a comprehensive list of safety considerations.  We believe it is important to recognize that for some of our employees, working from home is neither practical nor possible long term and we have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure team members feel ‘COVID secure’ when returning to an office space.
