A new and successful company is in need of a Business Process Analyst with great communication and stakeholder management to join their team. You will report directly to Directors of the company.
The role will require you to define the process mapping standard and the quality checking processes. You will also be in charge of requirements gathering management to inform the procurement of tools, equipment and software.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Depth of business analysis experience, ideally within the the hospitality sector.
- Analysing business requirements and documenting business processes.
- Skills in the use of documentation, planning and presentation software tools eg. Advanced MS Office, SharePoint, Visio skills
- Confident stakeholder management skills
