Data Analyst - HR - Organisational Effectiveness
A top global FTSE listed organization is looking for a Data Analyst to deep dive into HR data and perform complex analysis along with HR project execution.
Accountabilities include the below:
- Execute timely and accurate HR data analysis, creating quality insights to answer questions and to test hypothesis
- Support project execution on opportunities to improve the user experience of HR systems and processes.
- Project execution support may include analysis, planning & scheduling, change management and training delivery as required
- Provide oversight of headcount & employment cost forecasting process
- Support the management of cyclical workforce planning tasks as required
Experience and skills required:
- Experienced data analyst (HR or Finance), at least 5 years’ experience
- Project-management experience
- Experience with planning and forecasting
- Excel power-user, able to rapidly manipulate data
- Analytical mindset
- High attention to detail
- Proven change management skills
Nice to haves include
- Experience with writing and delivering training materials
- Experience using SuccessFactors and its data
- Experience with SAP BPC or other planning tools
- Experience with OrgVue, PowerBI, Alteryx or any other data manipulation/visualisation tools
