Global Community Manager - Social and Content
A top multinational organization is looking for a Community Manager to actively drive the publishing, planning, and community management process across a wide portfolio and social platforms.
Key tasks will include:
- Day to day management of social media pages
- Planning, scheduling and publishing content
- Monitoring, engaging and commenting on consumer response
- Community management and community building through identifying relevant communities or conversations
- Monitoring relevant owned and earned hashtags and topics
- Monitoring overall global social trends for Real Time Marketing
- Working with the data analyst to produce reports
- Building strong internal relationships
Skills required:
- Extensive experience using social technology, social platforms, content publishing, and community management
- A good understanding of social media crisis management
- Working knowledge of brand strategy and content frameworks
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work across a large organization and cross functioning teams
- A good understanding of the Sprinklr platform and social listening tools is an asset
