Global PMO Executive - FTC

Our Partner, a Global Leader are currently looking for a Global PMO Executive to join them on a Fixed Term Contract initially running till early 2022. Due to current circumstances this position will be mostly Remote Work but Travel will eventually be needed when safe to do so.
To implement the operational control framework, methods and tools to assist the workstream leads in overall management of the workstream. To develop and maintain the detailed plan for the workstream including the alignment of the workstream plans to the overall ‘anchor’ plan. To track and report the progress against the workstream plan and drive the team to provide realistic status reports against the plans. Drive risk management practices to ensure a risk profile for the workstream is clear, and mitigations are being put in place and progressing. Identify and maintain workstream dependencies and ensure workstreams are actively managing these and key milestones are reflected in the plans.
Strategy & Planning
·Facilitate development of the detailed workstream plans based on the overall programme milestones to ensure line of sight and alignment
·Collecting workstream status information, issues and changes, collected from workstream leads on a weekly basis;
·Consolidation and analysis of the data collected from workstream status information including ADO analysis, comparing results with baseline and communicating status to the workstream lead for review and decision making;
·Recommend Corrective Action, if required, as decided by the workstream management through the process of change contol.
·Drive adherence to good governance process and setup at workstream level
·Continuously support the direction of the workstream based on identified challenges against the plan and options moving forward.
·Develop and maintain the interdependency log and management approach for the workstream
·Support the creation of presentation and pre-read materials for leadership team meetings.
Acquisition & Deployment
·Drive the weekly reporting cycle to provide insights to workstream management on status through the workstream team meetings
·Prepare and facilitate workstream meetings
·Embed Group standards and project management best practice in the workstream ways of working
·Liaise with workstream leads on status and support identification of risks/issues and drive the teams to provide mitigation options to hold the plan
·Develop and maintain robust change controls at workstream plan level
·Develop and maintain a robust dependency management approach for the workstream
·Update workstream plans in a timely manner
·Maintain workstream level risks/issues based on insights from ongoing tracking
·Support the teams on status reporting and plan reviews
·Ensure ADO includes task level based plans for the workstream
·Execute workstream plan change control as required
·Review and update dependency logs and provide insights on status
·Deliver pre-read materials related to status and risks/issues.
