IT Service Reporting and Governance Manager - Global Organisation

Our client a Global Organisation are looking for an IT Service Reporting and Governance Manager. They are selling part of their business units and as part of this process are looking to get IT service reporting and governance ready for the post-sale period (BAU)

Duration: 6 months

Key Experience:

  • Governance Structure (new entity plus existing company) roles, meetings purpose, inputs outputs
  • Reporting aligned to existing wider company format.
  • Service Delivery Metrics relating to company service; CSAT, MTTR, Backlog, P1-P4 tickets
  • CMDB, Change and Problem
  • Security & compliance (Encryption, Patching, Backup End Point mgt & EoL)
  • Projects - RFS, PCS, servers. Network, Storage RFS
