Marketing Solution Architect (Salesforce) - Global FTSE50 Company

We are actively recruiting for a leading global consumer goods organisation in Poland. They are currently looking for a Marketing Solution Architect (Salesforce) to join their new IT hub in the capital Warsaw and be part of the biggest digital transformation in their history. Despite the current environment they are working at full capacity and are keen to hire!

The main responsibility istodesign, develop, maintain and govern key marketing enterprise solutions to meet business/project-based requirements. You will be working on strategically important projects at a regional and global level.

As a Solution Architect you will:

Review existing solution architecture and recommend improvements, technical system roadmap
Design, develop, communicate and document solution architecture recommendations for coming requirements.
Ensure that designed solutions are strategically aligned with Enterprise architecture and business requirements.
Be the custodian of aligning the solution architecture with the enterprise architecture road-maps
Assess the impact of proposed solution architecture on other dependant enterprise solutions’ architecture

To be successful in this role you will need:

Experience working as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Senior Developer.
Experience in application design for Salesforce Marketing/CRM, eCommerce, Community and Service clouds.
Strong experience in solution design or architecture.
Effective Communication and Relationship Management at all levels
Understanding or experience of traditional and agile Management Methodologies
