Parts Executive / Parts Co-ordinator - Manufacturing - SAP
A top global employer is looking for a Parts Executive wo join their Operations team to manage engineering parts and services ordering processes.
Accountabilities will include:
- Raising orders in SRM system
- Tracking of orders until closure
- Providing progress updates to project managers
- Resolution of risk & issues - internal / external
- Establishment of new suppliers in the system
- Expert user in SAP / SRM based ordering processes
- Comfortable working Autonomously
- Detailed, Numerate and Computer literate
- Some Financial understanding - OPEX and CAPEX
- Able to multi-task, interfacing with multiple project managers, suppliers, logistics and finance
- Must be able to deal with last minute changes and errors
Having previously worked with COUPA and ordering within and Engineering Parts Environment would be an advantage, however, these are not essential.
