Administrator /Global Organisation/ 3 months (potential to extend)
I am working on behalf of a FMCG Multinational who are looking for a PMO Administrator to join their Southampton office on a three month contract.
You will have responsibility for:
- Helping employees navigate IT in general and Helping Onboard new joiners – EasyIT, CWT forms, AMEX forms, returning Onboarding checklist to relevant departments (IT, Security, HR, payroll)
- Travel booking and helping employees navigate any booking system challenges
- SRM and Pcard tracking
You should be a collaborative self-starter with a background in administration, excellent IT skills are also essential. Although this position is for three months, there is potential to extend further. This could be ideal for a recent graduate with an administrative background.
